A new AI for Social Good project is exploring how artificial intelligence and human expertise can work together to support safer, more proactive management of social housing across the UK.
Co-developed by CHIA Executive Director, Dr Ramit Debnath, PRISM is led by Professor Ronita Bardhan and Dr Adhib Hussain Syed in collaboration with Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council.
Working closely with local authority partners, the team is combining AI with the expertise of housing professionals to identify complex, multi-dimensional risks that go beyond predictive AI alone.
